Not to worry, just fill out this short form to reset it. Remember, if you have your password saved in an email program or elsewhere, you'll need to reenter it after it's been reset.

1. Enter the email address corresponding to the password you need reset.

2. Tell us what you'd like the new password to be. It should be at least 10 characters long and needs to include one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number and one special character (*.!@$%^&(){}[]:;,.?/~_+-=|\). Quotes are not allowed. You'll need to enter it twice to make sure you don't mis-type.

3. Supply us with your account's security password OR the last four digits of the credit card associated with the account.

   The security password is a code word you gave us when you signed up. It's used when making changes to your Cruzio account online or over the phone. This is how we know it's you.
